Rasael AI is for authorized business use only. Customers are responsible for
permissions, consent, opt-in status, connected account authorization, and compliance with
third-party platform rules. Misuse, spam, scraping, unauthorized access, fake engagement,
data resale, and violation of platform rules are prohibited.
Governing law: Delaware, United States, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
Security
Rasael AI applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including HTTPS,
access controls, role-based access where applicable, monitoring where applicable, secure
API token handling, data minimization, and controls against public exposure of API keys.

Data Deletion
Requests should include the requester name, work email, company account, request type,
relevant customer/channel details, and proof of authorization. For TikTok-connected
workflows, Rasael AI will delete TikTok-related data associated with an authorized
business account upon verified request, subject to legal, security, billing, and
compliance retention requirements.
Planned TikTok Business API Integration
Rasael AI Inc. is applying for TikTok Business API access in order to develop a
compliant TikTok lead management integration after approval. The planned integration
will help authorized business clients manage TikTok-generated leads and customer
inquiries inside Rasael AI workflows.
Current status: the TikTok integration is not live yet. Development will begin only
after TikTok approval and API access are granted. Rasael AI does not scrape TikTok,
resell TikTok data, create fake engagement, access accounts without permission, or use
TikTok data for spam or unauthorized profiling.
